Most technical issues will be resolved by our experienced Remote Support Team. If you need us on-site, our highly skilled and solution-oriented Field Service Engineers will make sure that downtimes are kept to a minimum.

Do you provide global on-site support?

Yes, either directly from our manufacturing sites in Arendonk-Belgium or Oelde-Germany, through decentralized service hubs, or certified service partners.

Do you offer 24/7 support?

Yes, we have been offering 24/7 remote support for Arodo systems for many years and are working hard to extend that service to the complete Group portfolio soon.

Do you offer maintenance contracts?

We believe in customization, so we offer tailor-made service solutions. Tell us about your specific needs and expectations, and we will propose a suitable solution. That said, all customers are important to us, there is no need for any type of contract for you to receive top-level service.

What about spare-part availability?

We are renowned for our extensive stock of spare parts. Moreover, we generally work with parts that are available worldwide. The main benefit for this local availability is that this minimizes your operational downtime. Additionally, we offer tailor-made recommended spare part lists for your own on-site warehouse.
